Any one ever gone to the Burning Man festival?

Possibly going to go next year. Was thinking about it a few weeks ago and mate randomly asked me today would I go if he got a crew together. I instantly said yes!

So was wondering if anyone had any experiences and knows how it works?

I remember seeing this on some documentary quite a few years ago 'around the world in 80 raves'

just googling now it is on youtube if anyone is interested, can't link it here (topless wimmin) but a search for 'around the world in 80 raves' will reveal episode 3 where they went to the burning man festival

A few of my friends went a couple of years ago - loads had tried to get tickets, but it seems as if it is (or was) pot luck as to whether you successfully got one. They really enjoyed it, rented an RV and hung out in the desert for a while with a load of other people.
