burnout 3 removed from downloads?

hi people,
i was going to download burnout 3 for the kids via marketplace but now i cant find it!
i could've sworn it was there after the update or am i going mad? im tempted to download crimson skies aswell...
anyone put me out of my misery and clarify this?

Burnout 3 is Burnout Takedown. A game which isnt on the 360.

True, but it was part of the Fall Update with the new full-game downloads.

Don't know why it's been taken off, but it WAS there.

I heard it was being made available, but dont think I ever went to look for it on the marketplace

According to Wiki it was made available and now it has been removed
