I was just looking for the free updates for this game such as the free bikes which states "second free update" and i can't seem to find the first update at all, this is on xbox live by the way, so i'm just wondering if the first update has been removed or is this just my end thats failing? any answers would be greatly appreciated

I am 99% certain that on Xbox Live the Burnout content is a mixture of auto updates (load when you insert game disc and are connected to Xbox Live) and free DLC (i.e. you have to search for the content in Live Marketplace).

I only have the PS3 version which loads everything as auto updates, but I recall someone saying the 360 is different in that respect. Look on Marketplace.

^ yeah thats what i was doing, looking on the marketplace, the bikes are there but not the other update, but i assume its an auto-update then, cheers for that rp2000
