Burns night 25th January

Its burns night next Wednesday and being a fan of hearty food I thought I'd share my plans for it here.

I'm planning on -

High Quality Beef Sausages,
Veggy Haggis
Mash,
Mashed Swede,
Peas,
Carrots,
Beef Gravy

I'm not planning on inviting anyone over so it will just be myself and my girlfriend with 2 huge plates of food.

Why veg haggis?

I just prefer it, nothing against real haggis. Every time I've had it cooked for me its been veggy so its me just playing safe.
