GE capital deal with Arcadia account cards - contact them. When you opened the account you should have got a couple of tear off slips, the phone numbers would be on that. Also iirc all arcadia stores should have an online facility for making account payments. Best option is just to pay in-store though. You can also pay by direct debit, again you would need to contact GE capital, the numbers should have been given to you.

T'is really weird, with a Topshop card we give you a typical 19.9% apr....with Burtons it's saying 29.9%? They should be the same across all arcadia stores. Unless that Burtons link is out of date.

You can go into the store and pay for it with cash when your statement comes. Presume you can walk in at any time and give them cash? If I remember you can also do it over the internet.
