Bus lane

Any minimum length of time or distance? Did a right into an unfamiliar road and sat nav indicated me to keep in left lane. Bus lane paint was so washed out it looked like normal road, probably drove in it for about 3 seconds before the taxi in front of me moved and i saw 'BUS LANE'

quickly got out of it.

I think strictly speaking driving for any time in a bus lane is an offence. I'd hope there is a bit of leniency when it comes to the beginning and end of the lanes though.

You'd be pretty unlucky to get a ticket in this situation.

Seems I may not have to worry, doesn't look like any camera there and none listed on council camera map (Harringey).
