business broadband - worth the bother?

Hi, guys.

I want to access my user account on the work server from home in the evening (just for routine stuff like emails, documents, and database access - nothing particularly major). Evenings being the rush hour, I've been advised to get a business line. Is this worth the bother? If it is, which ISP is best for the purpose?

someones filling your head with bs, i work from home all the time on a residential bethere connection, works fine - as does everything besides work too.

Agree with Bethere for business broadband. Great service and proper invoices for the accounts.

Another vote for Be* - i have the Be pro package.

In *general* it probably is better to have a business package over a standard, but only when the standard packages are so dire - eg a 1gb limit or something silly, the high end packages from Be et al are more than capable.
