I would phone up and query this, but I want to get it done tonight and sent to the company that does these things ASAP.
I've got a standard sized business card layout with an addition 5 or 7 MM extra to accomodate bleed - using Illustrator.
Once the card is printed and cut I want it so that the 2 rows of sqares that run along the bottom, do in fact run along the bottom and off the edges. I've aligned it and sized the squares so all squares are of equal size.
However, i'm having trouble as to how do I go about dealing with the bleeds.
Do I do additional squares in the bleed margins of the Illustrator file that once printed get cut off anyway.
Or..
Do I simply stretch the squares that are at the edge of the card/design into the bleed area?
