We currently use imap for our emails, but we have a joint mailbox which gets redirected to each individual user and is getting messy.
Ideally we would want a joint 3 separate mailboxes, and one main one which we can all access and reply to (and see each others replies). Is there a system which offers this flexibility?
Is this possible with a hosted exchange? Ideally I don't want to go down the MS route so is there a recommended Non-MS solution?
