Busted mobo, need replacement :(

Hi guys, my mobo is completely dead im afraid.
I was moving to a new apartment and unfortunately my mobo couldn't handle the rough transport and now refuses to turn on, tried it and just smelt burning plastic.
My motherboard is a "Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard", could anyone recommend a MB in the same price class but with roughly the same features?

Been looking around and no place seem to stock it
More annoyed by the fact that im losing all the data on my harddrive.
Will wait and see how the stock is when i get the money scraped together as my soundcard AND PSU got damaged as well.
Will NEVER let my friend do the driving
