Butt Kicker owner with a 360?

Having recently finshed my full on race frame for serious race games on the 360 i decided to buy the butt kicker gamer also...

Does anyone here use one? a list of different settings ( cross over settings etc) would be usefull..

i seem to be at the stage where its full on shaking the ground or nothing at all, i understand of course that every game will need different settings but cannot get it right....

apart from battle field 2, where the whole experience is awesome!
