Buy Win 7 Online?

Hi guys just wandering if it's possible to buy Windows 7 online and download it? Kind of still stuck in the dark ages with Vista 32bit and it's holding me back!

Better to have download version IMO. You don't have to worry about scratching the disc.

Buy it on Disc and put it on Bootable USB? I'd buy the cheapest version wherever possible. Might be able to get just a key (all you are really paying for) off auction site, and DL it from wherever ou can get it.
