Hello, quick question for you!

I completely forgot my parents got me this for my birthday last year and it runs out in a few weeks!

They got me 4 vouchers for segway outings, now i've just checked the bookings for this and they are booked out for a few months. Now i can exchange it for another thing, pamper or whatever i chose within the same price, my question is when it says it expires, does this mean that i have to BOOK something by this, but i can use it a few months after? Or does it mean, i have to actually have done the activity by this date? If you understand!

When it says "Expires" on the date, does this mean it expires

It means the vouchers disappear into the ether on that date.

Seriously though, ring up and ask.

Surely it would mean you have to use the voucher by then, not that you have to have segwayed around a city by then.
