Buying a game in USD with Paypal

Hi

I am looking to buy a game in $$$$ using my paypal account but cant seem to find a currency converter including any charges anywhere.It may just be me missing it.
The game is $99.99 from the retailer or £75.99 on Steam.Any help would be appreciated.Just want the cheapest option really.
Not sure if this is the correct forum either.
Apologises if it isnt.

Just go through the payment process and paypal will tell you exactly what you'll be paying before you confirm it.

Even better, log in to paypal.co.uk -> Profile -> My Money -> Currencies. Look at the Currency Exchange box. Choose Payment Conversion, From GBP, to USD, type in $99.99, answer = £62.18 at time of writing.

Top tip: get a specialist card e.g. Halifax Clarity and get paypal to charge it in USD WITHOUT doing the conversion itself. Would be £60.35 ish by my estimate.

Its Galactic Civilisation 3 a 4x space game

Its for Alpha access and all expansions and DLC for Life.
Currently 4 expansions planned and 6DLC in the 1st year then 4 DLC a year

I bought Gal Civ2 and all the expansions on there own as released so probably spent more than £80 doing it that way
