I've been getting advice from various helpful types on here and now have my entire build ready to go, apart from the GPU. This is a gaming build, 1440p, 165hz, 99% COD BO6. CPU is an MM sourced 7800X3D, going into an NR200 Max V2,(so should be able to take a 330mm triple slot card), 850w PSU. Budget is £600 maximum. Looking around it seems the best bet is a 7900xt? I realise the new stuff's around the corner but I'm guessing it'll be 2/3 months for the crazy pricing and availability to settle down so I'm not getting too worried about buying now. Any suggestions?

Ended up going for the Gigabyte, I was a bit concerned that the larger ones wouldn't fit very well in the case, seems to review ok.

Put the build together Friday night, used an NR200 Max V2 so very straightforward and started first time (#smugface). Been playing some BO6 and I'm very happy with the performance it's putting out but it's a bit too loud for my liking, I've run the 3d Mark Stress Test "Nomad" (or whatever it's called) for 20 loops and the hottest the GPU got was 59°, Cinebench seemed similar with CPU temp maxing out at 73°. What's the best way to quieten the GPU down, a quick browse seems to think Adrenalin, is this just a matter of setting a fan curve? I've set the preset to quiet but hasn't done anything as far as I can see.

Seems like I was having a senior moment, I think most of the racket is coming off the AIO. Swapped the fans from the stock sickle flows to Arctic P12 max and have been playing with fan curves etc, still can't get it quiet enough for my liking though. I have put an undervolt on the GPU and it doesn't seem to have done anything negative so I'll leave it for now.
