Buying a MacBook Air?

I am in the market for a new MBA and was wondering if now is a good time to buy or if there are any refreshes expected?

I was looking at top spec 13", 1.7GHz, 8Gb and 512Gb SSD coming in at £1500. Is this something they would likely have in the new Edinburgh store or is it only going to be available online?

Main question though, should I wait as I hear rumors that a Retina model might appear?

According to this news story it won't be happening at this release but I'll hold off and see.
