I am looking at a gpu for 1080p gaming on a budget.

Obviously there are some great 2nd hand deals on rx570 and 580s at the moment. But would really prefer a new card.

There is a site selling mining versions of the 570 for a massive discount right now. There are two big differences, only one 8 pin power input and one Dvi-d output.

Going from dvi-d to hdmi looks fine, not sure how much performance I would lose on the top end dropping the extra power.

Need to be sub £100 really to be worthwhile as we’re selling new 570 8G for £159 and if you until Thursday you’ll get one for that price but with two epic games thrown in too.

I know I am looking at that also - being over in NZ means I also don't need to pay VAT.

If discussing shipping price breaks rules please delete this...

The only downside is that your shipping is $80NZD Vs $26NZD from the US and I cannot really expect free shipping to a forum member when it is international!

It makes about $100 overall difference in price. Which is enough to be considering it.
