buying a monitor

Good morning all,

Im looking to spend no more then £250 for a new 23 inch monitor, as my knowledge in this area is a bit thin i was hoping if any one could make some suggestion?
 
If you are gaming I would go for 16:9, seems more people are beginning to not include 16:10 support. Look for a low response time. Contrast ratio doesnt really matter nowadays. If possible 120Hz is best but not necessary. I will get some links
 
Yeh space isnt a problem never though of going bigger then 23 ! but 24 does sound nice and they look good to! but on both those monitors u linked the reponse time is 5ms? some one above said to look for a low reponse time? is that low or high?

wow just reading the reviews of this monitor http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...-033-BQ&tool=3 just makes this the clear winner thanks for your help will be ordering this in a moment!
