Hi guys, im wanting to buy this 360 off a guy from a known auction site. I'm pretty tempted by the deal, but there's one thing i'm not too clear on. He says he has a reciept with 1 year warranty, but surely if it were to break in that time and i show the receipt to the place of purchase, it will be his card details and not mine? surely meaning they wouldnt take it back without prove? Bit confused over the matter, can anyone enlighten me on the subject!

Thanks, Sainte

There shouldn't be any problem with them replacing it should it become faulty.
Besides that, normally the card payment slip is seperate from the receipt.

How nice, I would suggest you drop the attitude before you end up on a long haul holiday ;).

Saint, if the Xbox 360 were to break, and you were to have issues trying to return it to the retailer, Microsoft will take the console back themselves, you just need to make sure you register the console to yourself.

He's the noob?
He said 'if it were to break in that time'.
Try reading it again....noob.
He's being an idiotic troll/spammer, he'll probably be gone soon anyway.
