Basically i plan to do the above but im a little confused. I was planning on getting the new Samsung Soul on o2, unless people have any major objections to this phone be allowed to even exist?

My confusion comes because I dont know how exactly to buy it....I've seen offers on the dialaphone website, offering an 18month contract with 600free minutes and unlimited free texts. Though the line rental is £35 normally its 6months at 99p or something, basically a large saving.

So my question is, is it always better to go through the networks despite the additional costs? I cant see a downside to this offer, heard plenty of good stories about these offers actually being true, it just takes effort to fill in forms and stuff.

I wasnt impressed with the U900.... was exactly like my G600... except it had the annoying touch sensor buttons :(

Go with Dialaphone and then renew it with o2 the next time :)

Go through O2, they have cracking customer service, problem with the likes of dial a phone (as has been mentioned on here a couple of times with different providers) is when something goes wrong, or you want to change something, its usually akin to trying to climb up everest using only your eyebrows.

They are true, you must remember to send your bill on the stated months exactly on date and recorded delivery. If you think you may not manage this for whatever reason deal only with the network.

Talk to them and see what happens, you will probably get a better deal for a lower monthly price with the network.
