Need a suit for 2 weddings this summer. It will be worn twice so looking at a budget option. :)

I would like to try it on also and get it there and then.

M&S and Moss Brothers still the best?

Cheers!

M&S Outlet if you aren't fussy or in a rush. Try and buy pure wool, and at all costs, avoid pure polyester. Some blends are good for sapping sweat but that shouldn't be a main requirement.

Get it snug fitting; nothing uglier than a lose 'comfy' dad suit. Unless you're a mafia.

Even cheap stuff can look good if you are one of the lucky ones who is conventionally handsome and fit.
Just avoid polyester.

Got a Slater's near by? They'll have something in that price range and most importantly they'll do any initial adjustment for free. A cheap well fitted suit will always look a million times better than something 5 times the price but not quite the right fit.

Yeah wouldn't pay anymore than that either. No one is really going to know and if they do they shouldn't care.

I’ve purchased many a suit over my career. Sure the cloth and cut is nicer on more expensive suits. If worn often it doesn’t take long for various parts to wear though. Dry cleaning bills quickly rack up.

Long story short, I personally feel that the machine washable stuff from M&S is a decent bet for an everyday / budget suit. Even better that if you spill a drink or get some food on it, you can throw it in the washing machine and move on with your life.
