Thanks for the offer ACE, really nice of you but wasn't intending to get a new case anyway, I just wanted to check whether the offer applies to people who lived in NI

The problem is that the our couriers class NI as none mainland UK so automating free delivery on our system would involve us adding each and every postcode manually to be included as main land.

Thats why its a PITA to implement.
