I'm looking to buy an oven. Does anyone know what the ones are in Saturday Kitchen? I'm pretty sure I've identified the ones in Great British Bake Off as the Neff with the slide-away door and the ones in Professional Masterchef are either a De Dietrich or a Bosch.

Of course, any pyrolytic oven recommendations in the £700 range will be gratefully received :D

Currently been looking at the Bosch/Neff/Siemens which seem to be the same oven, the Smeg which is a little bigger but I don't like the way it looks, Miele are a bit out of the price range and I haven't found anywhere on the high street to see the Samsung model. All of them so far have had one annoying feature that I'd find it difficult to live with, which is very frustrating!!!

Hmm, quite a nice bit of kit, but way out of the price range!!! I noticed the new model is in Sunday Brunch as well.

That's the bit I don't like about the Bosch. For the single ovens, Bosch, Neff and Siemens all share the same oven carcass, door, hinges and a number of other components on view. When they are next to each other they are practically identical. What seems to differ is the rack spacing (which is annoying on the Neff), the control panels (annoyingly poor quality on the Bosch but nice on the Neff), and the price (£100 more for the Siemens for seemingly no more oven). Then the Smegs come up with more internal volume and nice even rack spacing, but are odd-looking and not even in a good way :(

It's really cool, but the mid-range one isn't pyrolitic cleaning, which is a must-have for the amount I use the oven :D
