How well would ram work if I bought a second stick of the same ram say another 2gb stick. same model and make and everything.
Buying another stick later?

A second stick? Are you referring to the system in your sig (presumably 2x2GB) or some other system?

differnt system. guy got 1 stick of 2gb corsair xms2

Then it should be fine if it is the same RAM. If its a dual channel system, make sure you install it in the right slot so it runs in dual channel mode.
