Buying B-Grade?

Hi, just wondering what i should expect buying a B-grade motherboard. Will there be missing cables or manuals or any faults with them? I'm only asking because i found some pretty good bargains on some motherboards

Also if you think it's all good which 1 of these do you think i should buy?

B Grade are returns, but I would have thought everything functional would be there (be prepared to download the manual).

Out of those 2, the P5K deluxe looks an amazing bargain given the price drop

You might well be missing some cables, drivers or manuals and it probably wont be in the original box, but it should be in working order.

As for which one, I dont know a lot about motherboards, but the Asus has more of a discount on it, so could be more of a bargain but again probably has more missing.
