Buying B Grade

Just a quick question, are we still covered by the distance selling rules if buying B grade items.

I am interested in a couple of items but need to know if I can return them if not happy.

You still have a 14 day dsr period with ocuk afaik.

I just bought a b-grade raystorm water block from ocuk and the only thing wrong with it was very light damage to the box! Everything else is perfect the block still has the clear film on it. A great buy for £34 with free delivery, I probably wouldn't buy a monitor tho just because of short warranty.

I bought a hard drive, genuinely don't know whats b grade about it. Still going strong.

Yep, i got a b-grade harddrive which came in full packaging and the drive itself is in full working order. Can't explain that.

I bought a B-grade graphics card before and it died after a 6 months or so and after getting no help from the manufacturer I tried Ocuk as a last resort and was provided an RMA without so much fuss.

Bought B-grade twice and both times received the wrong item, don't think I ever got the credit back for posting the last one back. A couple of items are of interest but I don't know if I want to risk it again.

Bought a mouse from b-grade, apart from a ripped box the mouse seemed used due to the dust stuck in the rubber feet, but otherwise perfectly functional
