Buying BF5 On Origin

Hey folks. So I'm a UK guy, currently in Ukraine with my girlfriend. I went to buy BF5 on my Origin account, to see that it was pretty much in Russian(Understandably), but buying it is 3500 RUB for the Deluxe Edition, which is significantly cheaper than what I'd have to pay in the UK. To my knowledge the Deluxe Edition is about £60? But 3500 RUB is about £42, so obviously I'm interested in buying it this way.
My only concern is that I have never done this before, and I have no idea how it's going to interact with the game. Am I going to get a Russian version of the game and be unable to change it to English? Will the game work when I get back to the UK?
In overview it says:
Supported languages
English (US), Русский язык

It does also say: You can check out in your preferred language, but please note all correspondence we send you will be in the Origin store's default language for your region.

Anyone mind filling me in on how this works as I haven't ever purchased outside of the UK before or with a VPN or anything.
Cheers!

You get the Czar edition, there is no flag defending as retreat is un-Communist. You can only play in Russia/Russian because it's the mother tongue and well to play not in Russian is un-Communist.

If you don't do well enough the FSB turn up at your door, which in reality is their door really as anything you own is not yours as this is un-Communist, and they take you on a trip. During said trip they will ask you one question "do you like Church's with high spires?", if you don't respond they way they want, do not panic as you get a free lunch at you nearest ZiZi's - don't mind the smell, it's perfume - any else would be...yes you guessed it, un-Communist.

If you made it this far, congrats - I can't help with the original question.

Good luck Comrade.

And you don’t get a gun, you have to kill someone to get one or pick one up from a dead comrade.

"The one with the rifle shoots, the one behind follows him - when the one with the rifle gets killed, the one following behind picks up the rifle and shoots"

OCUK rules dictate picture of Ukrainian girlfriend is required before help is offered.

It's not clear to me. Had a look at CDKeys and they say the version they sell is not region locked but it doesn't have Russian language on it so the one you're looking at may be different. I'm not sure, there's others on here who might know, who use VPNs and whatnot...

From CDKeys:

Release Date: 20th November 2018
Platform: Origin
Region: Worldwide
Language: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish

Oh, and it's £38...
