Buying computer parts from the online marketplace shops?

Hi Guys,

Not a massive user of the online marketplace so have a quick question - if I buy computer parts (specifically speakers) brand new from an online marketplace shop will I still have the manufacturers warranty?

Just a bit confused regards new items and what I need to receive to ensure I can still use the warranty (other than a receipt)

If advertised as brand new, yes you should. But best ask the seller to be sure & also make sure that they'll issue a receipt of sorts.

Had a refurb camera that developed a fault within the 1-year warranty & Canon repaired it for free. All I showed them was the e-invoice

Yeah I sent a couple of messages to them but no reply and it ends in a hour - 0 bids so its in their interest to reply - lets wait and see...

They appear to have a warranty department but it only refers to the first 7days after purchase - want to be safe than sorry...
