Buying domain/getting host

I have spent the last week or so putting together a website for my sister which is pretty simple (html, css and 1 script).

In regards to purchasing a domain name and hosting it where will be the best place to go, or more to the point the cheapest?

She won't need a database or email capturing/forwarding etc and I'd imagine visit numbers (bandwidth?) will be low so she doesn't require fancy features.

Try the OCUK host review sticky. They have lots of great sites in there.

I use TSOhost currently. They seem great. Very cheap, like £12 a year for the most basic package which is half decent for a small site.

Cheap and reliable provider .. in that case Webhost UK is the best.

TSOHost and Vidahost are usually recommended here (I use TSO); both have a variety of well priced packages available and will offer clear support by email as needed to get your site up and running.

TSOHost or Vidahost (same company) are good and have good prices, I think most of their packages come with a domain as well. If you need more domains then GoDaddy are cheap and good.
