buying from ocuk

can you change the credit card name on your ocuk account as i want to purchase for a friend with their credit card on my account, so it comes to my house for building ?

Can’t you just add another card on the OcUK account page? Every Etailor has this feature as do OcUK iirc when the last time I ordered from here I remember the page to do so.

Best bet is do the above and ask them via the webnote system.
