hi there, not sure which forum is best but hopefully this is fine.
im finally fixing my rig up with a gfx card after a long time. i got some advice before that a http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-190-MS , and as it's on offer this week i figured it would be rude not to consider it at least.
im not very technically learned when you get down to finer details of performance and I'm working with a precise budget so I don't feel I need to consider any other cards (hopefully) - but as I'll be spending a fair few of my hard earned quids (250 of them) I just need to know im not hastily overlooking anything here

so basically, my questions, i have 2
1) this card will 'fit' right? - there's enough physical space for sure and I have plenty of spare cables from my 800w corsair psu.
2) I can't see the games anywhere in the checkout... I need to know these are included before I pay

Question 2 is the most important. Unless there is a glaringly better card that I can get (now / today / this week) that is more suited for my system.

intel i5 2500k
asus p8z68 pro gen3
8Gb ripjaw ram

thank you for any help

Unless you've got a small case it should have no problem fitting in it. It's just over 10", and most cases will go to 11" or more - just check the spec of your case. It won't need anything remotely near 800W, so you're fine there, and it'll come with a couple of adapters in case you don't have the right PCI-E power cables (which you should, with that PSU).

Are you intending to overclock? If not then an Nvidia 760 could be a slightly cheaper option, neck and neck performance wise winning in some games losing in others and this one for example is £30 cheaper.

YOUR BASKET
1 x KFA2 GeForce GTX 760 EX OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE GPU Keyring £209.99
Total : £209.99 (includes shipping : FREE).

Only one game though Splinter cell Black list.

If you are going to overclock though, a 7950 is probably the better option.

£30 cheaper, comes with one game versus 8. I can't really understand the recommendation there.

If you like the games that come free with the 7950, great you've saved some money, if you don't, you can sell them and again you've saved some money.

Both situations will yield a value much greater than £30.

thank you. I will be overclocking after Ive played some games (and sold the ones that come with). I built my pc in part so I could try out overclocking.
Im giving o/c a call today just to check on that deal and see whats what.

would anyone reccomend the sapphire over the twin frozr? I really can't see any difference for one over the other?
cheers guys

got the frozr alrdy, which is overkill for my system but at least I know Im good now for a couple of years at least. also the card came with 5 games :)
