Consider a business laptop such as a Thinkpad (and maybe Dell, HP etc). You can normally order with a different keyboard and if you can't then you can usually swap it out yourself at a later date (check for specific models though). Also companies like Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc, will let you upgrade warranties on some models to international cover.
But if buying a regular laptop then keyboard and warranty will be an issue. Most will charge over USBC nowadays so easy to use an alternative charger if needed.
But it seems an expensive way to buy a laptop given the exchange rate.
