One of our monitors is on it's way out, so was considering passing my HannsG Hj281 on to my other half and getting something new.
The only real issue I have with the HannsG is that my PS3 and 360 pictures are stretched vertically as it's 1920x1200.
I am down to a choice of 3 replacements:
Hannspree SJ28DMBB
Samsung P2770HD
Ilyama PLB2712HDS-B
Now, the Hannspree is currently top of my list as it is 1920x1200 and I get the impression from the fairly limited info out there that this will display images in their correct aspects ratio (I can live with black bars top and bottom). However, if it does not maintain aspect ratio, it's likely coming off my list.
The only problem I have with the other two is the drop in vertical resolution.
Would love to spring Dell U27 with it's high res and 16:9 aspect ratio, but that price...
Anyway, anyone know about the Hannspree?
Or have any other suggestions for similar size under £300?
