Buying new RAM

I currently have 2 of 4GB (8GB) sticks of Corsair Vengeance ram, I wanna know what would be better. Buying 8GB of Ram with more MHZ (2400mhz) or buying 2 more sticks of corsair vengeance Ram im currently using, To make 16GB (1666mhz)???

What do you use the pc for? Most cases 8gb is fine.

I use my pc for gaming so i want to know what would be better, gunnna do bit of an upgrade soon.

For gaming I'd say stick with what you have to be honest, you'll see little gain either way. Having said that, faster RAM will help a little, more RAM will probably not.
