I'd buy the unlocked 2500K version if you're going with a P67 board for overclocking. If you're not overclocking, just get a decent H67 board unless you're considering sli?

You can get H67 mobo's that do SLI/Crossfire at 8X/8X

I wont be overclocking, so is the downgrade on the MOBO worth it, I would consider SLI if the card price came down a lot in the future.
