Buying parts

I’m looking to build a pc for around £800.
I have a 120Hz monitor that can also do 2k, but I am not bothered by which resolution I use.
I mainly play high FPS shooter games and would like optimal fps for the price.
Could somebody please list out some recommended parts that would be optimal for higher fps?

With the high price of RAM, £800 builds are getting very difficult to do.

I'd rather this was DDR5 and AM5, but the cheapest DDR5 kit I can see (in stock) is nearly £250.

I don't know if the DDR4 will ever be available at that price (pre-order).
