buying pc

hey im gonna order a pc but i was wondering if ive got a windows 10 activation key and i dont spend 100 pound on windows here will non activated windows be installed on my pc so i can activate it i dont have the driver or disk for windows only key

prebuilt from overclockers i just edited the components i have ryzen 5 1050ti 8gb ram and 1tb hhd in it for £680

but if i leave windows of the list dont that mean that there wont be anything instaleld on pc and you need an operating system to go on the windows website

i have my 2013 imac but how would i download it off one computer to the new one

you think i can just call in and ask for them to install unactivated windows for a small fee cause i really dont want the windows 10 key to go to waste and i aint payin 100 pound for windows xDDD
