Hi guys

I'm just wondering if anyone of you would be buying drives for Servers/NAS units, do you have preferred drives that you go towards?

I've been very interested with the Seagate IronWolf and Exos drives due to their size availability and price but I was curious what others might suggest?
Currently I have 6 4Tb WD Reds (non Pro's, I had these back in 2015 so they are still doing rather well at this point) but just wondered what everyone else might use or recommend :)

Thanks in advance :)

I would just get whatever is the cheapest per tb and features at the time you need them.

People will say X is better or Y is better but even massive corp servers running different drives see very little variance

It's not as if drives between companies are made in completely different ways, chances are they are all use identical machinary in their China/thailand factories.
