Hi

Ive been offered a second hand xbox one

"xbox one with plug and play kit there is games on hd ufc.. minecraft titanfall plus season pass sunset overdrive rayman legends plants vs zombies and black flag"

Was wondering how can i make sure i keep the games on the xbox one when i put my gamer tag on it

Does anyone know if this is possible?

Not unless the seller keeps that Xbox as "Home" account, then all games are shared with whoever uses it, without that account signed in.

If the seller is moving off Xbox and will never ever use the account again, if he/she includes the account, then that's the safest for the OP to keep the game as his own.

Otherwise, the games are useless the moment the seller moves his account to another Home Xbox.
 
Theyll never be yours and if they are ever reclaimed you wouldnt have any real rights to claim they are yours. I wouldnt consider those digital games to have any value in working out if its a good deal or not.

Imagine if you are forced to wipe it or send it back to MS for something - those games would be gone...
