Joking aside all components are compatible, I might be tempted to get a P35 based motherboard such as the Gigabyte DS3R instead of the P5N-E 650 SLi as it is a newer chipset but if you are on a limited budget or want the possibility of running SLi in future (doubtful with an ATI card but y'never know) then it is still a good motherboard.

Yeah go for a P35 board, better for future compatibility and gives you the option of crossfire if you want it later.
