Buying used - 50D still worth it?

Wanting a small upgrade to my 30D, mainly live view and more MP.

Should I be looking at the 50D or is there anything else around the £250~ mark I should consider?

I've found I rely on the top screen of the 30D quite a bit, so I'd probably struggle with something that doesn't have it

Fair enough, I'm now looking at the 100D and 700D.

From what I can tell the only difference between the two is the size, and the flip out screen?

Also, the 650D looks the same as the 700D? Is the 700D just a rebrand?

Thanks for all the suggestions, I managed to get a good deal on a used 650D which looks like it should be a decent upgrade to my 30D. The 70D was out of my budget unfortunately!
