How dodgy is this? There's 3 of us that want to go but can't afford face value tickets at £120 each. Some seem to go on ebay fairly cheap which would be perfect but I'm worried about getting fleeced.

Thanks for any advice.

The fact that someone would put them on ebay for lower than face value is a pretty good sign that something is dodgy. Doesn't mean that applies to all such cases but I would certainly be wary if buying. You would have to wonder why someone would sell something cheaper than they know for a fact they could get for it.

They are still available through the ticket sites so genuine ones will be going for less that face value. Plus the way auctions work, some of them are going cheaper than others.

soo tempted but getting ripped for 3 tickets would be a mess. it's the last weekend before my mate gets married so I'd love to take him.

Go for it then if you really want them, check the rep before you bid and you will probably be ok. Obviously there are dodgy people out there as well as genuine people, it's up to you to decide what the risk is on any certain bid and how willing you are to take that risk.

Bought 2 leeds tickets from the bay last year, seller had decent rep & sent them by recorded delivery right when he said he would. I paid a fair bit & worried right up until the bloke took them & gave us our wristbands - got in no bother like.

I know for a fact that two of them are genuine.
Virgin mobile give a load of them away via text message so my mate just flogs them on ebay.
Won last year as well jammy git.
