Buying Windows 7 abroad?

Hey guys, in January i'm going traveling, and if things are cheaper, i'd rather buy windows 7 abroad.

I'll either buy it in Korea or Japan, and i'm wondering if either would be region locked. Not the same as they are for games, more like will they be in Korean or Japanese.

Does anyone know if there is an option to decide which language to use?

there may be something in the EULA that it can only be used in the country of purchase?

Will be an option, just change the default language to United Kingdom if its set to Korean or Japanense. There is no region coding either.

Would the choice be on start up do you know?

I'll have to check the EULA as well.

Maybe i should send Microsoft an email to clarify things, hopefully they'll get back to me.

There is no way it will be cheaper in Japan you pay out the butt for anything in Japan.
