Buying with PayPal 36 months interest free offer on Samsung website.

I wanted to buy a new tablet on Samsung website and they have an offer for 36 months interest free, if paying with PayPal. So the link goes to PayPal, I already have a PayPal credit account and enter my details, it all goes through fine but when I return to samsung and hit checkout, I keep getting an error, to either chose different a different payment option of contact customer services, who are all useless, at resolving my issue. Anyone had this issue as well please?

Does your PayPal email match the email you're trying to buy the phone with/Samsung account email? I've had trouble in the past as my PayPal email doesn't match, though 90% of the time it's fine.

I had a similar issue where my Paypal was set up as a business account
