Buzz when plugging psu in

Hi all

I plugged power cable to the PSU this morning and heard a brief buzzing noise.Pretty sure i havent heard that before. Everything has been okay since. Is this normal?

Probably just a bit of electrical arcing as the plug went in, nothing to worry about. Presumably it stopped once the plug was fully home?

Yeah it did, think i'm just a bit paranoid about my system, although i did spend 1300 on it! Thanks for your help.
