Buzzing from PSU

I have a Coolermaster GX650 PSU and there is a high pitched electrical noise coming from it.

Its not loud but its high pitched and HIGHLY anoying. Is this RMA worthy? If so how long do they usual take? as i need my PC for work.

no i literally went up OCUK on the day and just bought it as my other one went pop and i needed one ASAP.
