Buzzing sound in games with Asus Strix raid pro in games, no problems at all in movies and music
Anyone know how to fix it or i should return it?)

I don't think there's a problem with the card. What you've described is the common problem of EMI (electromagnetic interference). It tends to be more prominent when playing a game as the GPU is working harder, chucking out more EMI.

If you can't move the sound card to a slot further from the GPU, or if you try/have tried that and it makes no difference, then next thing to try would be a ground loop isolator.

link for the 3.5mm variant. There is also a RCA/phono one if you're using that type of connection.

Problem is what if i run game, go alt+tab to desktop and clean sound, but game still runing

whether the game is running or not, if it's not on screen the graphics card won't be pushed as hard, so won't be throwing out as much EMI.

Yep, as above; GPU always working hardest when a game is on screen. When a game is minimised, it's more calculations that are going on in the background.

I think it would be best between the control box and the sound card. I think it's a good idea to eliminate the noise before the signal comes to the control box.

I presume you are using a single graphics card because you are almost guaranteed EMI with a multi card setup.

Can you move the card to a slot further from the graphics card?

I have my STX in the very bottom x4 full size slot and get zero EMI

Not working? Is there any reduction in the amount of interference noise at all?

While not a guarantee way of getting rid of EMI, normally there is an improvement.

Try it without the control box, just to see if there is any difference.

Strix sound cards seem to have trouble with Windows 10. I've seen a few people say that they have trouble with a Strix card, but say it works fine on previous versions of Windows. Given what you've described, I think it's unlikely this a software issue though. EMI can affect any sound card, even those that are considered best. EMI is the bane of sound cards, so it can be a bit of lottery whether or not it will work without issue.

I don't know if this is relevent, but my Razer Tiamat 7.1 headphones have an additional usb cable to power them and gave me the same problem until I got a mains to usb adaptor and plugged it into there

It is a similar problem in that both problems are EMI related, but what you experienced is noise being transmitted through USB. It's slightly different. I'm guessing that you're not hearing it through the headset once you use a separate USB power, so it's not affecting the sound card or onboard audio, whichever you are using.

As I said above, EMI is the bane of PC sound devices, and can affect sound cards, onboard audio and USB. It can affect one or the other, all of them or none at all.

OP could try a USB sound card, such as the U7 rids57 suggested. That may fare better because being outside the PC case, it's away from the electrical noise inside the case.

If the noise is affecting USB audio as well, then a DAC connected via optical is really the only solution. They are stereo only, so not much use for anyone with surround set ups. Fiber optic uses light pulses, so there is no copper cable that the noise can pass along.

Apologies you are having issues, sound like an EMI related issue, make sure the card is as far as possible from your GPU and the card is updated. If you are still having issues might be worth contacting your retailer for a replacement. Regards.
