Quite amusing reading the comments on the US tech sites that have reported on this. A lot of Americans furious that some small-time unheard of TV company in some tiny country somewhere is affecting the name of an American product.

It's similar to the iTV/Apple TV thing, although to top it off the BBC seem to be able to use the "iPlayer" brand with impunity.

Basically the application of the rules is fuzzy to say the least.
