i thought mine had frooze at this point also, but if you just leave it for a few minutes it resumes itself. Must just have a lot to load at that point.
I was playing CoD2 multiplayer while installing C&C3 so it seemed to go quite quick
In fact, i usually play other games while installing stuff, makes time go much quicker
