c & c on first macro pls

hi all i was playing about with macro function today and came up with this, i kinda like it but would love some c and c to help me improve

Very vivid colours!

The centre of the yellow flower seems a bit soft for my liking. I would rather have that in full focus than the area just under it which seems to be the sharpest.

Exposure looks good, perhaps a slight bit more contrast to separate the petals of the yellow flower but apart from that nicely done!

Agreed - there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your composition and the colours are great. What you lack in sharpness can be fixed in post processing and as Panzerbjorn mentioned a little more contrast which can be gained from deepening the shadows.

The sharpened image looks much better and a stated by others the colours are vivid, my only slight niggle would me the dark area in the top right corner which looks out of place against the colours of the flowers. All in all very good attempt.
